Steps2CU mission is to support students in discovering their personal strengths, creating a roadmap of college and career options, and deciding what post-secondary option best suits each student.

Cristina Nalbach, founder and creator of Steps2CU is a certified Educational Consultant (IECA) and School Counselor. She has over 10 years of experience working with students, helping students to achieve their academic and college and career goals. Steps2CU vision is for students to discover who they are and what skills make them unique. Understanding your unique skills will help to unlock college choice and career options. The roadmap is made by the student and Cristina, along with parents or guardians, will assist in guiding.

Services include access to a college and career aptitude, You Science, a series of brain games, that will measure several areas including; numerical reasoning, work approach, spatial visualization, and more. College exploration and preparation meetings are held in a group format offered throughout the year. Individual college counseling support is available to students and this service can be provided online at a convie time for the student.
