My name is Cristina Nalbach and I am the founder of STEPS2CU. I am certified educational consultant and professional school counselor. I have built an award winning school counseling program and have worked with many students to achieve their academic, college and career goals.

College is an exciting time in a young person’s life and my goal is to assist students in discovering their gifts, talents, and strengths. I focus on making the college application and post-secondary process enjoyable and suited towards each students needs.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Montclair State University, a Master of Arts degree in School Counseling from Seton Hall University and Certification in College Counseling from the University of California San Diego.
